I-DEAS软件接口技术是通过启动ORBIX服务,运用CORBA通信协议实现的;调用Open I-DEAS二次开发类库,实现有限元数据的访问。以I-DEAS软件为前、后处理平台,基于AAR标准及Palmgren-Miner累积损伤法则,开发了焊缝疲劳虚拟仿真分析模块,推导了由设计寿命反求结构许用应力的计算公式。实例应用表明,该嵌入模块与I-DEAS软件互相配合,为设计师提供了一个高效、实用的焊缝疲劳虚拟仿真分析工具,可有效辅助设计师开展抗疲劳设计。
I-DEAS software interface technology is through the start ORBIX service, the use of CORBA communication protocol to achieve; call Open I-DEAS secondary development of the class library to achieve the access of finite element data. Based on the AAR standard and the Palmgren-Miner cumulative damage rule, I-DEAS software was used as the pre-post-processing platform and a virtual simulation analysis module of weld fatigue was developed. The formulas for calculating the allowable stress of the structure were deduced from the design life. The example application shows that this embedded module cooperates with I-DEAS software to provide designers with an efficient and practical tool for simulating weld fatigue simulation, which can effectively assist designers in designing fatigue-resistant designs.
