用原生精矿、石灰石粉、富矿和20~25%的轧钢皮、<7.5%的焦粉,能够生产出基本上合乎要求的平炉烧结矿,在工艺流程上是可能的;但由于转运10次,烧结矿的破碎很严重。为了正常生产,有必要考虑新的运输方案。通过冶炼试验,证明在平炉装料期部份或全部使用烧结矿是可行的,降低了石灰石用量约15~38%,冶炼操作基本顺利,对钢质没有影响。
