采用放射免疫法检测４６例早衰患者及２３例健康人服药前后血清垂体泌乳素（ＰＲＬ）、雌三醇（Ｅ＿３）、睾丸酮（Ｔ）含量。胶芪回春散温养肾脾、培元固本，服６０天后，早衰患者ＰＲＬ、Ｅ＿３明显降低，Ｔ明显升高。此证明胶芪回春散对机体性激素的分泌具有调节作用，有利于维护机体性功能等生命活动的正常进行。 Radioimmunoassay was used to detect serum prolactin (PRL), estriol (E_3) and testosterone (T) levels in 46 patients with premature aging and 23 healthy subjects. The capsules rejuvenated the temperature and raised the kidney, spleen, and Peiyuan. After 60 days of service, PRL and E_3 in patients with premature aging decreased significantly, and T significantly increased. This proves that the capsules have a regulating effect on the secretion of sex hormones in the body, which is conducive to the normal maintenance of the body’s sexual functions and other life activities.
