前言生产上利用杂交棉是棉花增产的重要途径之一。棉花为常异花授粉作物,在自然条件下是以自花授粉占优势的,但常因蜜蜂采蜜而发生生物学混杂。因此,及时对高优势组合的亲本做好防杂保纯工作是非常必要的。自交是保纯的重要手段,但自交对棉花后代发育影响如何呢?为此,我们采用了人工控制下的自交方式,研究自花授粉对棉花的自交当代和自交一代的籽棉发育的影响。
