CD34 antigen is the surface marker of hematopoietic stem cells and gradually disappears with the differentiation and maturation of hematopoietic stem cells. The stem cell leukemia (SCL) gene is also expressed in hematopoietic stem cells, which play an important role in maintaining the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells.
