通过对我国四川省与部分OECD国家中小学生师比和平均班额的比较,发现我国四川省基础教育阶段存在两个反常现象:一是在同一时期,我国四川省与部分OECD国家中小学生师比相对接近,但平均班额是OECD国家平均班额的至少两倍;二是自新课改以来,我国四川省小学的生师比与平均班额在呈反比方向变化,即生师比呈下降趋势而平均班额却呈上升态势,这种状况在国外基础教育阶段并不存在。这种反常现象说明,我国四川省中小学教育中尚存在着较为复杂和深刻的问题,亟待重视和解决。
Through comparing the teacher-to-teacher ratio and the average class size of primary and secondary school students in Sichuan Province and some OECD countries in our country, we find that there are two anomalies in the elementary education phase in Sichuan Province. One is that in the same period, Sichuan Province and some OECD national primary and secondary school teachers Is relatively close, but the average class size is at least twice the average OECD class size. Second, since the new curriculum reform, the ratio of students to teachers in primary schools in Sichuan Province has been inversely proportional to the average class size, The trend and the average class has shown an upward trend, this situation does not exist in foreign basic education stage. This anomaly shows that there are still more complicated and profound problems in primary and secondary education in Sichuan Province, which are urgently needed to be addressed and resolved.
