开发了一种新型气升式生物柴油酯交换反应器。考察了反应器主要结构参数对反应器性能的影响,确定了反应器降液管高径比值(H/D)为10.70,上升管与降液管直径比D1/D为0.6,分布器孔径在4~5mm之间。在此基础上,对反应装置进行酯交换反应制备生物柴油试验,与传统机械搅拌式反应器相比较,脂肪酸甲酯得率增加8.5%,反应周期缩短0.5h,提高了原料转化率,降低了生产成本。
A new air lift biodiesel transesterification reactor was developed. The influence of reactor main structure parameters on reactor performance was investigated. The reactor height ratio (H / D) was 10.70, the ratio of riser to downcomer diameter ratio D1 / D was 0.6, 4 ~ 5mm between. On this basis, the transesterification reaction of biodiesel was carried out.
