针对目前大学生体质较差,对258名新生进行短期健身集中训练,通过一个月的集训。大学生的身体素质发生明显变化,取得良好的效果。
For the current poor physical fitness of 258 freshmen for short-term fitness intensive training, through a month of training. Undergraduates experienced significant changes in their physical fitness and achieved good results.
