氧供应系统是水蒸汽发生器装置的重要组成部分,氧供应系统的状态对水蒸汽发生器装置工作可靠性有很大影响。从发生器氧系统故障案例入手,重点分析了水蒸汽发生器氧气系统冷态调试与热试车的数据,定位了由于氧系统状态异常导致水蒸汽发生器发生故障的原因,提出了保障发生器氧系统健康状态的监测方法与保障措施。分析表明,为确保氧系统健康状态,应重点关注调试时氧气压力变化独立性以及热试车压力曲线与历次试车状态的一致性。
The oxygen supply system is an important part of the steam generator unit and the state of the oxygen supply system has a great influence on the operational reliability of the steam generator unit.
