根据自治区党委、政府提出的经济发展“三突破”要求,桂林市结合自身实际,将年初确定的今年经济发展预期目标适当调整为：生产总值完成447．6亿元,同比增长13%；财政收入完成42．23亿元,同比增长14%；全社会固定资产投资126．5亿元,同比增长15%；规模以上企业实现纯利润9．5亿元,同比增长33．8%。为确保目标任务的实现,我们采取的主要措施：
