为提高高瓦斯低透气性煤层本煤层钻孔预抽瓦斯效果,在某矿13105工作面进行了交叉钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯技术的试验应用,量化对比分析了平行钻孔和量化钻孔2种布孔方式下的瓦斯预抽量和预抽率。结果表明:与平行钻孔相比,交叉钻孔可将本煤层瓦斯预抽量提高0.5倍,预抽率提高10%左右,有效降低了瓦斯事故发生的概率,保障了工作面的安全回采。
In order to improve the gas pre-drainage effect of the coal seam with high gas permeability and low gas permeability, a cross-borehole gas pre-drainage technology was applied in a 13105 working face of a mine to quantify and analyze two kinds of parallel drilling and quantitative drilling Pre-drainage and pre-pumping rate of gas under the way of cloth hole. The results show that compared with parallel drilling, the cross borehole can increase the gas pre-pumping amount by 0.5 times and the pre-pumping rate by about 10%, effectively reducing the probability of gas accident and ensuring the safe recovery of working face.
