大部分高职蒙授护生英语起点低、基础较差,他们怕被提问,不喜欢参加英语教学活动。因为他们在中学阶段基础英语学习中存在的问题没有得到解决,所以在高职英语学习中的积极性不高。因此,在医护英语学习中,充分利用护生对专业的重视和兴趣,重建护生学习的信心,激发其学习兴趣,挖掘潜能就显得尤为重要。运用激励策略调动护生学习英语的积极性,采用有效的教学方法,传授学习策略,让护生在课堂上获得成就感,激发其学习兴趣,并逐步培养其自主学习能力。
Most of the higher vocational Mongolian students nursing students with low starting point, poor foundation, they are afraid to be asked questions, do not like to participate in English teaching activities. Because they have not solved the problems in basic English study in secondary school, their motivation in English study in higher vocational schools is not high. Therefore, in the study of medical English, it is very important to make full use of nursing students’ attention and interest in specialty, rebuild the confidence of nursing students, stimulate their interest in learning and explore their potential. Use motivation strategies to motivate nursing students to learn English, using effective teaching methods, imparting learning strategies to enable nursing students to gain a sense of accomplishment in the classroom, stimulate their interest in learning, and gradually develop their self-learning ability.
