玻璃纤维沥青桥面防水黏结层的性能研究

选取环氧沥青封层、SBS改性乳化沥青封层和玻璃纤维沥青封层作为水泥混凝土桥面铺装结构的防水黏结层,采用室内试验模拟的方法,对比分析了3种防水黏结层的抗剪切性能、黏结性能和抗疲劳性能。试验结果表明:作为桥面防水黏结层时,SBS改性乳化沥青封层的抗剪切性能、黏结性能和抗疲劳性能均较差;当在其中添加玻璃纤维而成为玻璃纤维封层后,3种性能均得到很大改善,尤其是抗疲劳性能已接近性能优异的环氧沥青防水黏结层。 Epoxy asphalt sealing layer, SBS modified emulsified asphalt sealing layer and glass fiber asphalt sealing layer were selected as the waterproof bonding layer of the cement concrete bridge deck pavement structure. The indoor test simulation method was used to compare the three kinds of waterproof bonding layer resistance Shear, bond and fatigue properties. The experimental results show that the SBS modified emulsified asphalt seal has poor shear resistance, adhesion and fatigue resistance as a bridge deck waterproof adhesive layer. When glass fiber is added as a glass fiber seal, 3 The performance has been greatly improved, especially the anti-fatigue performance is close to excellent performance epoxy asphalt waterproof adhesive layer.
