给克山病病区低硒居民补充亚硒酸钠、硒酵母共12周,以观察对血浆和血小板谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性的影响。结果说明:①给克山病病区低硒居民补充两种形式的硒制剂,均可使血浆和血小板GPX活性增高,停硒4周后仍未下降到服硒前水平;②补硒8周两组血浆GPX活性已升至恒定水平,而硒酵母组在停硒后高于亚硒酸钠组;血小板GPX活性在补硒4周和8周分别升至恒定水平;③硒酵母在提高血小板活性上比亚硒酸钠慢,但在维持血小板GPX活性方面优于亚硒酸钠。
Selenium sodium and selenium yeast were supplemented to low selenium residents in Keshan disease area for 12 weeks to observe the effect on plasma and platelet glutathione peroxidase (GPX) activity. The results showed that: (1) Supplementation of two forms of selenium to residents with low selenium in Keshan disease could increase the activity of GPX in plasma and platelet, and did not decline to pre-selenium level after 4 weeks of selenium withdrawal; (2) Plasma GPX activity in both groups rose to a constant level, while the selenium yeast group selenium after selenium was higher than the selenium group; platelet GPX activity selenium levels were increased to a constant level of 4 weeks and 8 weeks; ③ selenium yeast in increasing platelet It is slower than sodium selenite in activity but superior to sodium selenite in maintaining platelet GPX activity.
