MobiTrak三维对比增强MRA在下肢动脉病变中的应用

目的探讨MobiTrak三维对比增强MRA在下肢动脉成像中的应用价值。方法对34例疑有下肢动脉疾病患者,应用MobiTrak技术,行下肢动脉3D CE-MRA扫描,经最大信号强度投影重建获得下肢整体血管图像,并结合原始图像进行综合分析(由两位有经验的专业医师采用双盲法评价)。结果结果表明MobiTrak 3D CE-MRA大腿动脉图像质量较好,而小腿动脉图像显示稍差。诊断下肢动脉硬化闭塞症20例,其中17例经手术或DSA证实。结论MobiTrak 3D CE-MRA对下肢动脉疾病患者提供了一种准确可靠、易行的检查手段。 Objective To investigate the value of MobiTrak three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MRA in lower extremity arterial imaging. Methods 34 patients with suspected arterial disease of lower extremity were enrolled in this study. MobiTrak technique was used to perform the 3D CE-MRA scan of the lower extremity arteries. The whole vessel images of the lower extremities were obtained by maximum signal intensity projection reconstruction and combined with the original images (by two experienced Double-blind evaluation by professional physicians). The results showed that the image quality of the MobiTrak 3D CE-MRA femoral artery was better, while the image of the lower leg artery was slightly worse. Diagnosis of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in 20 cases, of which 17 cases were confirmed by surgery or DSA. Conclusion MobiTrak 3D CE-MRA provides an accurate, reliable and easy test for patients with lower extremity arterial disease.
