丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bung)粗制剂对冠心病有效,其醇浸膏经氧化铝层析,再分步重结晶,除分得丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮Ⅲ-A、丹参酮Ⅱ-B、隐丹参酮、β-谷甾醇、左旋二氢丹参酮及丹参酸甲酯七种已知化学成分外,还分得一新二萜醌类化合物.经化学和光谱分析测定,确定其结构式为(Ⅱ),定名为次甲丹参醌.邻位二萜醌类化合物在 A 环出现次甲基,植物中是首次被发现.丹参酮Ⅱ-A 的水溶性新衍生物--丹参酮Ⅱ-A 磺酸钠,经证明其结构式为(Ⅰ).经初步动物耐缺氧试验有效,又经临床验证效果显著,副作用极小,化学上为一新类型治疗冠心病药物.
Salvia miltiorrhiza Bung crude preparation is effective for coronary heart disease. Its alcohol extract is chromatographed on alumina and then re-crystallized stepwise to separate tanshinone I, tanshinone III-A, tanshinone II-B, cryptotanshinone, beta- In addition to the known chemical components of sitosterol, L-dihydrotanshinone and methyl salicylate, a new diterpene compound was also obtained. After chemical and spectral analysis, the structural formula was determined as (II), and the name was sub-class A. Salvia miltiorrhiza. A new water-soluble derivative of tanshinone II-A - tanshinone II-A sodium sulfonate, proved its structural formula is (I). The preliminary animal hypoxia tolerance test is effective, but also has a clinically proven effect, minimal side effects, chemically a new type of treatment of coronary heart disease drugs.
