法学专业实训教学是高职高专法律专业人才培养中的重要环节,构建有效的法学专业实训教学体系,对不断提高法律人才的培养质量显得尤为重要。通过对高职高专法学专业实训教学体系建设中相关问题的论述,结合笔者的教学实践,初步探索了如何构建我国高职高专法学专业的实训教学体系。 The teaching of law practice is an important link in the training of law professionals in higher vocational colleges. It is very important to construct an effective teaching system of law practice training to continuously improve the training quality of legal professionals. Through the discussion of related problems in the construction of teaching system of law major in higher vocational colleges and universities and the author’s teaching practice, this paper tentatively explored how to build a practical teaching system of law education in higher vocational colleges in China.
