探究聚合度对悬浮法PVC树脂性能的影响,结果表明:在基础性能方面,随着聚合度的逐渐降低,PVC树脂的相对分子质量不断减小,吸油率和黏数依次降低,平均粒径不断减小,而表观密度逐渐增大;在流变性能方面,随着聚合度不断下降,熔融温度和平衡温度逐渐降低,平衡转矩逐渐减小,塑化时间不断缩短,熔融因数逐渐增大,因而加工性能提升;在力学性能方面,随着聚合度的逐渐降低,拉伸强度逐渐减小,冲击强度逐渐增大;在热稳定性方面,随着聚合度的逐渐降低,热稳定性逐渐降低。
The effect of polymerization degree on the properties of suspension PVC resin was investigated.
