通过对航天镁合金薄壁零件运用Deform有限元软件进行建模分析,仿真出镁合金在切削过程中吃刀抗力的变化规律,总结出切削速度、进刀量、吃刀量对吃刀抗力的影响程度,最终找到影响吃刀抗力的主要因素,从而可以指导生产实践,正确选用切削参数,有效的减少吃刀抗力对零件弯曲变形的影响,尽可能的减少实际吃刀量与理论吃刀量的差值,解决长期以来零件让刀变形影响尺寸精度的难题。进行实践验证,通过对生产实践中经常遇到的薄壁镁合金零件进行正交试验,测量出零件在每次试验后外圆的实际尺寸,计算出零件的实际吃刀量,并与有限元分析的结果进行比较。
