公立医院改革是新医改的重点、难点,绩效管理模式是改革的核心,同时也是改革的难点。绩效管理是医院日常事务运行管理的重要内容,是医院生存发展的根基,因此促进医院的有序健康发展关键是要把绩效管理重视起来,提升到高度层次上。
Public hospital reform is the focus of new medical reform, the difficulty, performance management model is the core of reform, but also the difficulties of reform.
