1975年Kohler和Milstein发现抗体产生细胞融合以来,现在应用这种方法已能大量制作针对各种抗原的单一特异性的抗体(单克隆抗体)并广泛应用。例如,将正常血细胞和肿瘤细胞相应的抗体,标记到各自细胞上,以了解这些细胞的发生分化机制;并将白血病、恶性淋巴瘤的单克隆抗体用于治疗。本文着重介绍人类白血病细胞单克隆抗体的制作方法,及其对造血器官肿瘤的治疗效果。
Since Kohler and Milstein discovered antibody-producing cell fusion in 1975, it has now been possible to make a large number of single-specific antibodies against a variety of antigens (monoclonal antibodies) using this method and to use them widely. For example, antibodies corresponding to normal blood cells and tumor cells are labeled on their respective cells to understand the mechanism by which these cells are differentiated. Monoclonal antibodies to leukemias and malignant lymphomas are also used for treatment. This article focuses on the production of monoclonal antibodies to human leukemia cells, and its therapeutic effect on hematopoietic tumor.
