绝大多数领导者希望员工可以收敛自身性格,服从领导。为此,员工不得不收敛性格,学会伪装。但研究显示,特立独行会使员工在工作时更自信,让他们感觉自己是独特的、投入的,从而带来更优异的表现和更髙的创造性。领导者需要告诉员工做什么,别规定怎么做,并且让员工独立解决问题、独立思考,同时发挥自身优势。让员工做自己,不必伪装、不用演戏,这样公司的价值才能最大化。
The vast majority of leaders want employees to converge in their own character and obey leadership. To this end, employees have to converge character, learn to disguise. However, research shows that maverick can make employees feel more confident at work and make them feel unique and engaging, resulting in better performance and more creativity.
