在一般人看来,一家工厂产品销售出去以后,用户来信反映产品使用中出现的质量问题,厂家予以及时处理解决,这就到家了。然而,笔者在上海录音器材厂经营销售科所见所闻,却是另一番景象,其中大有讲究。他们不满足于就事论事的处理方法,而是数年如一日,认真积累销售方面的信息材料,形成销售档案,为不断改进提高工厂产品质量和赢得社会信誉,起到了积极作用。
