This paper constructs a simple model of oligopoly competition between the two countries, discusses the signing of TRIMs agreement to abolish the “local content requirements” and “export performance requirements” on the host country’s economy in the short term, including the output of enterprises, social welfare and employment of labor and so on Affected. The final product producer in the host country must be negatively affected. The changes in the output of foreign-invested enterprises in the host country depend on the original “local content requirements” and “export performance requirements”. Considering that the intermediate product manufacturing enterprises are affected, the labor force employment in the host country will certainly decrease in the host country. Changes in social welfare may not necessarily be negative, depending on the number of host-product manufacturing enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises in the host country.
