在化工、石油、煤炭、冶金、环保、医药等工业部门,都要测定粉体颗粒的粒经及分布。筛分法、沉降法和显微镜法等都是常见的测定法。这些方法均有弊端,不是对测定粒度大小有限制,就是操作手续繁琐,再就是测定仪器昂贵,所以上述方法均不宜在工业上推广。沉降天平法是目前工业上常用方法。它在精度和可靠性等方面均优于上述方法。但它的缺点是采用常规仪表记录沉降过程,用手工处理数据,这样,既费时间,又测定精度因人而异,影响测定精度。采用微机采集沉降过程参数,自动处理数据,最后显示并打印粒度分布,既提高了效率,又保证了测定精度。本文利用价廉的TP—801单板机来
