在小学里,操行评定是班主任工作的职责之一,也是学校进行德育的重要途径,有着教育激励等功能。目前小学生的操行评定存在着观念意识淡薄、参与主体单一等误区,本篇论文也就结合操行评定的作用,对小学生评定的一些误区观念,提出相应的矫正方法,以便更合理的对小学生进行操行评定。
In primary schools, the practice of assessment is one of the duties of the class teacher, but also an important way for schools to carry out moral education, with educational incentives and other functions. At present, there is a misunderstanding of primary school students’performance assessment, such as weak sense of concept and single subject of participation. Based on the role of operation evaluation, this paper also proposes some corrective measures to the assessment of primary school students, in order to carry out more reasonable primary school students assessment.
