幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori, Hp)感染是慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌等疾病的重要致病因素。目前,临床常用检测Hp的方法有尿素酶试验(HPUT)法、血清Hp-IgG抗体ELISA法(简称ELISA法)、细菌培养法、组织学检查法、聚合酶链反应(PCR)法等。本文采用~(14)C-尿素呼吸试验(~(14)C-UBT)法检测Hp,并与HPUT法及ELISA法比较,以探讨~(14)C-UBT法对Hp感染诊断的应用价值。 1 资料和方法 1.1 研究对象:本组经胃镜、病理切片确诊的患者112例,其中,慢性胃炎57例,胃溃疡27例,十二指肠球部溃疡21例,胃癌7例。
Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is an important causative agent of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric cancer and other diseases. Currently, the commonly used methods to detect Hp are urease test (HPUT), serum Hp-IgG antibody ELISA (ELISA), bacterial culture, histological examination and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). In this paper, ~ (14) C-urea breath test (~ (14) C-UBT) method was used to detect Hp, and compared with the HPUT method and ELISA method to explore the value of 14 C-UBT method in the diagnosis of Hp infection . 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Study: The group of 112 patients diagnosed by gastroscopy, pathological sections, of which 57 cases of chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer in 27 cases, duodenal ulcer in 21 cases, gastric cancer in 7 cases.
