针对外径与壁厚比值大、壁厚不足 0 .9mm的较大规格钛管材结构特点及冷变形难点 ,重点研究了冷轧加工率、减壁率、滑道曲线参数与管子外径尺寸精度、表面质量、叉头率的关系 ;矫直弯曲量、压扁量、夹角等与管子胀径量、外表面质量直线度的关系。试验结果表明 ,采用恰当的道次变形率、减壁率、平缓的滑道曲线 ,在冷轧后不仅可使管材获得精确的外径尺寸 ,而且可使管子具有优良的表面、好的管形。合理地采用小斜角 (大接触面 )、压扁量前大后小的方法 ,以及单向双弯曲的矫直参数 ,确保管子在较小胀径量下 ,获得了良好的直线度及表面质量 ,产品质量完全达到标准要求
