目的:对连翘茎叶的药材性状、显微特征、matK基因序列等进行鉴别。方法:采集原植物叶片和嫩枝,对其进行生药鉴定。结果:连翘茎叶的生药特征为连翘叶质地较薄,但栅栏组织发达,海绵组织较紧密;气孔不定式。嫩枝表面有沟槽,表皮完整,维管柱椭圆形,韧皮纤维多散在,髓发达;粉末中导管成束,木纤维管胞状,木薄壁细胞壁念珠状,腔内纹孔明显。结论:上述特征可为连翘叶质量标准的制定提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the medicinal properties, microscopic features, matK gene sequences of forsythia stem and leaves. Methods: The original plant leaves and shoots were collected and their crude drug was identified. Results: The stems and leaves of Forsythia suspensa were characterized by the thinner texture of Forsythia suspensa but the well - developed palisade tissue and sponge tissue. The stomata were irregular. On the surface of the shoot, there are grooves, epidermis, ellipse of vascular column, many scattered bast fiber, and medulla developed; the bundles of the tube in the powder, the cell tube of the wood fiber, the rosary of the parenchyma cell wall and the pits in the cavity are obvious. Conclusion: The above characteristics may provide a reference for the formulation of Forsythia leaf quality standards.
