目的了解湖南省市售水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染状况和病原特征。方法 2010-2013年在湖南省14个市的集贸市场和超市,按照无菌采样原则采集动物性水产品1 263份,分离副溶血性弧菌,进行毒力基因、耐药表型和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型。结果 1 263份水产品中,221份样品检出副溶血性弧菌,检出率为17.50%。3株副溶血性弧菌检出trh基因,1株检出tdh基因,毒力基因携带率为1.81%。分离菌株对氨苄青霉素耐药率最高,达30.32%。其次为对氯霉素(1.81%)、复方新诺明(1.36%)和四环素(0.45%),未发现多重耐药菌株。分离菌株经NotⅠ酶切后,脉冲场凝胶电泳带型相对分散。结论 2010-2013年湖南省市售水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染率高,部分菌株携带毒力基因,并具有一定的耐药性。
Objective To understand the pollution and pathogenic characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products in Hunan Province. Methods A total of 1 263 animal aquatic products were collected from bazaars and supermarkets in 14 cities of Hunan Province from 2010 to 2013. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was isolated and virulence genes, drug resistance phenotypes and impulses Field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) molecular typing. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in 221 samples of 1 263 aquatic products, with a detection rate of 17.50%. Three strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus detected trh gene and one strain detected tdh gene. The virulence gene carrying rate was 1.81%. Ampicillin resistant strains isolated the highest rate of 30.32%. Followed by chloramphenicol (1.81%), cotrimoxazole (1.36%) and tetracycline (0.45%), no multi-drug resistant strains were found. The isolated strains were digested by NotⅠ, and the pulsed-field gel electrophoresis bands were relatively dispersed. Conclusion The prevalence of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products from 2010 to 2013 in Hunan province is high. Some strains harbor virulence genes and have some resistance.
