1病例介绍患者，男，26岁，1998年1月14日因发热、喷嚏、流涕自购四川省生物化学制药厂生产的复方双氯芬酸（感冒通）片2片，服后约10min出现颜面、四肢发痒，渐至全身皮肤奇痒难忍，即到本院就医。体检：全身皮肤，包括头皮及脚底满布红色荨麻疹，嘴唇轻度水肿。立即给地塞米
