目的:观察老年.非老年2型糖尿病患者的血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平; 方法:2型糖尿病患者105例,正常人51例,分别根据年龄<60岁.≥60岁分为两组:各组临床特征相匹配,数据处理用SAS软件: 结果:全组156例,NO水平与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.192,P<0.05)、ET水平与年龄呈正相关(r=0.237.P<0.01)。ET水平与NO水平呈负相关.相关系数为r=-0.481、P<0.001。2型糖尿病老年组与2型糖尿病非老年组及二者与正常人组的NO,ET水平比较分别有显著统计学差异. 结论:ET、NO水平与年龄有微弱关联。2型糖尿病患者的ET水平升高、NO水平降低.在老年患者中更为明显。此种改变可作为预示血管内皮细胞损伤的标志。
Objective: To observe the levels of plasma endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in elderly patients with non-elderly type 2 diabetes.Methods: 105 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 51 normal subjects were selected according to their age <60 years old.≥60 The age was divided into two groups: the clinical features of each group were matched and the data were processed with SAS software. Results: In the whole group of 156 patients, the level of NO was negatively correlated with age (r = -0.192, P <0.05) (r = 0.237.P <0.01). The level of ET was negatively correlated with the level of NO, the correlation coefficient was r = -0.481, P <0.001. The level of NO and ET in the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus and with normal controls were statistically significant Learning difference.Conclusion: ET and NO levels have a weak association with age. Patients with type 2 diabetes have elevated ET levels and reduced NO levels, which is more pronounced in elderly patients. This change can be used as a sign of vascular endothelial cell damage.
