利用我国2001～2007年规模以上工业企业的数据,借助相关统计指标分析外资企业生产本地化程度,从中可见:外商直接投资整体上的溢出效应和外资经济质量不高,但不同区域、不同类型和不同行业存在明显差异。其中,港澳台资的溢出效应明显低于其他外资,但其经济质量明显高于其他外资经济;东部外资的溢出效应和经济质量明显低于中西部;在8个工业行业中,除纺织衣帽鞋制造业、金属冶炼加工业和其他制造业外的外商直接投资均存在正向溢出效应,除金属冶炼加工业、电气电子仪表制造业和其他制造业外的外资经济质量均高于内资经济质量。
Using the data of industrial enterprises above designated size from 2001 to 2007 in China, we analyze the degree of localization of foreign-funded enterprises with the help of relevant statistical indicators. It can be seen that the overall spillover effect of foreign direct investment and the foreign economic quality are not high, but different regions, There are obvious differences in different industries. Among them, the spillover effect of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan capital was significantly lower than that of other foreign funds, but its economic quality was significantly higher than that of other foreign-funded economies; the spillover effect and economic quality of eastern foreign capital were significantly lower than those of the central and western regions; in 8 industrial sectors, The positive spillover effect exists in the footwear manufacturing, metal smelting and processing industries and other non-manufacturing foreign direct investment. The economic quality of foreign capital other than the metal smelting processing industry, electrical and electronic equipment manufacturing industry and other manufacturing industries is higher than that of domestic-funded economy .
