1. INTRODUCTION It is a well-known fact that the shortage of fuel oil causes the price of energy to soar and promote the energy saving in all fields of industry. In the past, in the field of hydraulics, for example, in the case of stationary industrial machinery, hydraulic pressure was mainly evaluated in terms of controllability, reliability, compactness and low cost, and the problem of heat generated by poor efficiency was still easy fixed. However, rising energy prices make OEMs more concerned with energy conservation. Currently in the evaluation of hydraulic machinery and systems, tend to be the level of energy efficiency as one of the important items to measure the pros and cons of the product. As a result, hydraulic components and systems dedicated to the development of energy-saving have become important to hydraulic equipment manufacturers
