目的:研究不同烧结温度对氧化锆/饰面瓷抗热冲击耐力的影响。方法:将70个氧化锆试件按饰面瓷烧结温度的不同随机分为7组。采用抗热冲击耐热实验测定各组的氧化锆/饰面瓷抗热冲击温度。结果:7组间氧化锆/饰面瓷试件抗热冲击值有统计学差异(P<0.05);以正常烧结温度830℃组为对照组,除820℃组、840℃组与830℃组比较,抗热冲击温度值无统计学差异外(P>0.05);800℃组、810℃组、850℃组、860℃组与标准组830℃组比较,抗热冲击温度值均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:饰面瓷的烧结温度对氧化锆/饰面瓷的抗热冲击耐力产生影响,过高或过低的烧结温度会降低氧化锆/饰面瓷试件的抗热冲击耐力。
Objective: To study the effect of sintering temperature on thermal shock endurance of zirconia / veneer porcelain. Methods: 70 zirconia specimens were randomly divided into 7 groups according to the sintering temperature of veneer. The thermal shock resistance of the zirconia / veneer porcelain of each group was measured by thermal shock and heat resistance test. Results: The thermal shock resistance of the zirconia / veneered porcelain specimens between the seven groups was significantly different (P <0.05). At the normal sintering temperature of 830 ℃, (P> 0.05). The values of thermal shock resistance at 800 ℃, 810 ℃, 850 ℃, 860 ℃ and 830 ℃ in the standard group were all statistically significant Difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The sintering temperature of the veneer porcelain has an impact on the thermal shock endurance of zirconia / veneered porcelain. Too high or too low sintering temperature will reduce the thermal shock endurance of zirconia / veneered porcelain.
