国家“七五”科技攻关项目“17—2—5”——“高混凝土坝泄洪消能研究”专题研究成果鉴定会,于1990年6月15～25日在我院召开,会议由水利水电规划设计总院主持。“17—2—5”专题由我院担任负责单位,所属17个子题分别由五所高等院校(成都科技大学、天津大学、大连理工大学、河海大学、武汉水利电力学院),三个科研机构(水剩水电科学研究院、南京水利科学研究院及我院科研所)及我院二滩工程设计处承担研究工作,经四年多的努力,提交了一批高质量的研究成果。
The national “7th Five-Year” scientific and technological research project “17-2.5” -- “Study on Flood Dissipation and Energy Dissipation of High Concrete Dams” special research achievement appraisal meeting was held in our hospital from June 15th to 25th, 1990. The meeting consisted of water conservancy and hydropower Planning and Design Institute hosted. The “17-2-5” topic is hosted by our institute as a responsible unit. The 17 sub-topics are divided into five higher education institutions (Chengdu University of Science and Technology, Tianjin University, Dalian University of Technology, Hohai University, Wuhan Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power), and three scientific research institutes. The institutions (Water Institute of Hydroelectric Power, Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute and Institute of Science and Technology) and Ertan Engineering Design Department of our institute undertook the research work. After more than four years of hard work, they submitted a batch of high-quality research results.
