目的:观察冷沉淀输注对新生儿凝血机制的影响。方法:对92例出现凝血异常的新生儿和早产儿在输注冷沉淀前后进行凝血四项检测并进行统计学分析。结果:92例患儿输注冷沉淀前后对比,患者的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)均明显缩短,纤维蛋白原(Fib)含量显著增加。结论:冷沉淀的输注对纠正新生儿凝血异常有显著的疗效。
Objective: To observe the influence of cryoprecipitate infusion on coagulation mechanism of newborn. Methods: Nine cases of coagulation abnormalities in newborns and premature infants were detected before and after infusion of coagulation four coagulation tests and statistical analysis. Results: Before and after infusion of cryoprecipitate in 92 children, the prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and thrombin time (TT) were significantly shortened, and the content of fibrinogen (Fib) A significant increase. Conclusion: The infusion of cryoprecipitate has a significant effect in correcting neonatal coagulation abnormalities.
