本文分析了目前旅游高职毕业生面临的就业现状和学校就业指导工作的误区,提出科学地推动旅游高职院校就业指导工作的建议:就业指导应贯穿于旅游高职教育的全过程,要将确立市场观念和基层观念放在第一位,运用学科渗透法进行就业指导教育,建立一支专业化的就业指导队伍,以保证就业指导教育达到“授之以渔”。 This paper analyzes the employment status quo of vocational college graduates and the misunderstanding of employment guidance in colleges and puts forward suggestions on how to promote career guidance in higher vocational colleges. Employment guidance should run through the whole process of vocational education in tourism. Will establish the concept of the market and grassroots concept in the first place, the use of disciplines infiltration method of employment guidance and education, the establishment of a professional employment guidance team to ensure that employment guidance and education to achieve “granted by the fishing.”
