《京津冀发展报告(2013)——承载力测度与对策》3月19日在京发布。京津冀,作为中国三大城市群集聚区之一,承载了很多人的理想与希望,在面对全球气候变化与资源环境的约束面前,哪些是京津冀城市承载力的“短板”?是什么主宰了他们的承载?蓝皮书对此进行了分析并指出,北京作为首都,综合承载力已进入危机状态,人口、水资源、生态、交通等方面均为北京承载力的短板。那么,其他地区?整个中国的区域经济发展承载状况到底如何?本文将简略分析如下:
“Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Development Report (2013) - Carrying Capacity Measurement and Countermeasures” was released in Beijing on March 19th. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, as one of the three major agglomeration areas in China, carries many people’s ideals and hopes. In the face of the constraints of global climate change and resources and environment, what are the shortcomings of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city? The Blue Book analyzed this and pointed out that Beijing, as the capital, has entered into a state of crisis in terms of its comprehensive carrying capacity, and its population, water resources, ecology and transportation are all short plates of Beijing’s carrying capacity . So, what about other regions? What is the bearing status of regional economic development in China as a whole? This article will briefly analyze the following:
