硒是人体必需的微量元素,适量的硒具有抗癌和改善心肌等功能,给整个身体的机能带来有益的影响。人体缺硒易引起克山病、大骨节病、白肌病等,而过高的硒含量将引起食欲减退、肝脏受损、毛发改变等病症。随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视微量元素硒与人们生活的关系,硒的分析方法近年来也有了较大的发展。目前使用的硒的分析方法有很多,包括原子光谱法、分子光谱法、电化学方法、色谱法等,其中大部分方法被用于食品和环境样品的分析。本文对近年来国内外关于硒分析方法研究的进展作一总结和评述。
Selenium is an essential trace element of the human body, the appropriate amount of selenium has anti-cancer and improve myocardial function, the beneficial effects on the performance of the entire body. Human selenium deficiency easily lead to Keshan disease, Kashin-Beck disease, white muscle disease, etc., and excessive selenium content will cause loss of appetite, liver damage, hair changes and other diseases. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards, more and more attention has been paid to the relationship between trace elemental selenium and people’s life. Selenium analysis methods have also been greatly developed in recent years. Currently used selenium analysis methods are many, including atomic spectroscopy, molecular spectroscopy, electrochemical methods, chromatography, most of them are used for food and environmental samples analysis. This article summarizes and comments on the progress of selenium analysis methods at home and abroad in recent years.
