采用静载荷试验2次循环加载法对阿尔及利亚BARAKI体育场注浆桩和非注浆桩的承载能力进行研究,在桩身不同地质剖面埋设钢筋应力计测量桩身轴力,并获得较好的测试效果。通过对注浆桩与非注浆桩测试数据分析,后注浆工艺在BARAKI体育场项目的应用是可行的,后注浆工艺可显著提高单桩竖向抗压承载力,改善桩身受力状态,可将原设计工程桩的有效桩长80~98m缩减至60m,同时也为阿尔及利亚国家类似工程后注浆钻孔灌注桩的设计和深入研究提供了参考。
The load carrying capacity of grouting piles and non-grouting piles at BARAKI Stadium in Algeria was studied by static load test 2 cycles loading method. The axial stress of the pile body was measured by embedding the steel bar stress meter in different geological sections of the pile and obtaining good test results . By analyzing the test data of grouting pile and non-grouting pile, post-grouting technology is feasible in BARAKI stadium project. Post grouting technology can significantly increase the vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile and improve the stress state of pile , Which can reduce the effective pile length 80 ~ 98m of the original design engineering pile to 60m, and also provide a reference for the design and further study of grouting bored piles after similar projects in Algeria.
