高活性光合细菌的分离培养及应用

本文分别从海滩污泥,高产虾池底泥和亲虾消化道分离得到红螺菌科光合细菌。经紫外线诱变和试验优选出高产、高活、耐药的菌株4株,分别为英膜红假单胞菌,沼泽红假单胞菌,胶质红假单胞菌和嗜酸红假单胞菌,作为生产用菌种。单因子试验表明,NH1一N去除率达52%以上。经简易培养的生产菌液,在1993年对虾育苗生产中,变态率达79.8%,成活率达75%,在对虾养殖中,提高溶解氧2.08mg/L以上,明显改善水环境,有效防治对虾弧菌病、镰刀菌病,防止“偷死”现象,并对病毒有一定抑制作用。在鹌鹑饲养中,投入产出比达1:6。本文还分析了影响光合细菌使用效果的诸因素,提出了提高光合细菌功效的相应措施。 In this paper, Rhodospirillum family photosynthetic bacteria were isolated from beach sludge, high-yield shrimp pond sediment and broodstock digestive tract respectively.
