一、动平衡机校准方法简介对车轮动平衡机进行校准就是从动平衡机的标定原理出发,按照一定的操作步骤,对影响系数模型中的标定系数进行重新赋值的过程。根据校准是否//需要空轴标定,动平衡机校准方法主要有两类:一类是以德国百斯巴特系列为主,校准前需做空轴标定;另一类以深圳元征、中大、大力、科星、科盛等国产系列为主,可直接进行校准。1.第一类校准方法以德国百斯巴特动平衡机MT860为例,说明对该系列动平衡机不平衡量示值误差的校准方法。 First, the dynamic balancing machine calibration method Introduction The wheel balancing machine calibration is the principle of dynamic balancing machine calibration, in accordance with certain steps of the calibration coefficient in the impact coefficient model re-assignment process.
