目的:观察桑黄云芝胶囊对化疗药物所致白细胞减少和肾功能损伤的保护作用。方法:分别给小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺和顺铂造模,桑黄云芝胶囊灌胃给药,测定小鼠外周血白细胞水平和血清尿素氮(BUN),血清肌酐(Scr)水平。结果:桑黄云芝胶囊可以升高环磷酰胺所致的白细胞减少,降低顺铂升高的血清BUN,Scr水平。结论:桑黄云芝胶囊可以显著减轻化疗药物所致的白细胞减少、肾功能损伤等毒副作用。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of Sanghuang Yunzhi capsule on leukopenia and renal dysfunction induced by chemotherapy drugs. METHODS: Mice were intraperitoneally injected with cyclophosphamide and cisplatin, and Sanghuang Yunzhi capsules were intragastrically administered. The peripheral blood leucocyte levels, serum urea nitrogen (BUN), and serum creatinine (Scr) levels were measured. RESULTS: Sanghuang Yunzhi Capsules can increase leukopenia due to cyclophosphamide and decrease serum BUN and Scr levels of cisplatin. Conclusion: Sanghuang Yunzhi capsule can significantly reduce the side effects of chemotherapy drugs such as leukopenia, renal impairment and other side effects.
