本研究旨在观察睡眠实验室的睡眠环境和实验操作对正常人新环境中第一晚睡眠的影响。描记19例正常人在新环境中连续两晚的多导睡眠图。结果发现,第一晚的睡眠潜伏期延长,睡眠效率下降,深睡期和快动眼睡眠期减少。提示正常人的第一晚效应是存在的。
The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of sleep environment and experimental operation on the first night’s sleep in a normal new environment. Tracing 19 cases of normal people in the new environment for two consecutive nights of polysomnography. The results showed that sleep latency on the first night was prolonged, sleep efficiency was decreased, and deep sleep and fast eye sleep were reduced. Tip normal first night effect exists.
