一堂课的有效性,是教学目标的最后实现,教师在制定教学目标时,既要根据具体的教学内容和课标要求制定全体学生都要达到的目标,又要根据学情,制定一定的发展性目标,没有课前目标的预设,很难在课堂上实现基本目标时,把握有差异的发展。有经验的教师,在预设教学目标时,大多用“掌握”“学会”等词语来描述课堂的基本目标,用“了解”、“探究”等词语描述发展性目标。也有的教师直接分离出“基本目标”和“发展目标”。分离出“发展目标”的好处是,学生在差异发展的过程中指向有序。
