18 cases of human mesenteric lymph nodes from the 12th to the 40th week were collected. The distribution of T and B lymphocytes were observed by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that: sIgM and Kappa light chain positive B cells are mainly located in the cortex of the lymph nodes. T cells are widely distributed, in addition to the cortex and the cortex, but also a large number of medulla. After the 29th week, lymph nodes, B cells in the cortex have formed primary lymph node, but no germinal centers and plasma cells. The post-capillary venules in the lymph nodes increase with the increase of gestational age, and its significance may be related to the distribution of T and B cells that mediate the entry of lymphocytes into lymph nodes.
