成为一名优秀的数学教师,不仅是数学教师的追求,也是学生和家长的企盼。笔者通过对所在地区的几所小学的学生进行问卷调查,从小学生的视角来讨论好数学教师的标准。文章从教师的学识、师生关系和教师的品行等三个方面来阐述这个结果。
Being a good math teacher is not only a quest for math teachers, but also a hope for students and parents alike. I conducted a questionnaire survey of students from several primary schools in their area to discuss the standards of mathematics teachers from the perspective of pupils. The article expounds the result from three aspects: teacher's knowledge, teacher-student relationship and teacher's conduct.
