开关点预置的正弦脉宽调制变速恒频电源 ,对开关点进行最优设定 ,使得输出电压性能优良。由于 GTR的开关频率限制 ,传统的开关点预置控制方案为 9块波开关点预置最优 SPWM控制方案。本文详细地讨论了开关点预置 SPWM控制方案的理论 ,并针对以 IGBT作为主功率模块的变换器 ,通过提高斩波频率 ,采用 17块波的开关点预置最优 SPWM控制方案 ,进一步提高了输出电压质量和输出滤波器的谐振频率 ,减轻了输出滤波器体积重量 ,故也提高了系统效率。以40 k VA变速恒频电源变换器为例 ,运用相关变换器仿真软件对两种不同控制方案下的电源系统作出了仿真比较。
Switch point preset sine pulse width modulation variable speed constant frequency power supply, the optimal setting of the switching point, making the output voltage performance. Due to the switching frequency limitation of GTR, the traditional switch point preset control scheme presets the optimal SPWM control scheme for 9 wave switch points. This paper discusses in detail the theory of switching point preset SPWM control scheme. In order to improve the chopping frequency, the optimum SPWM control scheme with 17 wave switching points is proposed to improve the control scheme with IGBT as the main power module. The output voltage quality and output filter resonant frequency, reducing the volumetric weight of the output filter, it also improves the system efficiency. Taking 40 kVA VSCF power converter as an example, the power system under two different control schemes is simulated and compared with the corresponding converter simulation software.
