1985年8月16～17日,《中国大百科全书·档案学》分卷撰稿人大会在京召开。正式成立档案学分卷编委会,布置落实撰稿任务。至此,条目撰写工作全面铺开。 《中国大百科全书》是我国第一部由国家组织各方面力量编纂的多卷册大型综合性百科全书,是概述古今中外各学科和各知识门类的完备的工具书。档案学分卷是其中的一个部分,将系统、全面地介绍档案这门学科的知识体系和内容。 1979年决定组织档案界力量编写《中国大百科全书·档案学》分卷,经过一段时间的酝酿,主要工作是从1982年开始的。 (一)组织起了编写队伍。1983年6月,成立了《中国大百科全书·档案学》分卷编委会筹备组,组成了基本上以中国人民大学档案系的学科教研室为主的分支编写组,确定了编写组负责人,落实了条目撰稿人。条目撰稿人除国家档案局、人民大学档案系、中央档案馆、中国第一历史档案馆、中国第
